British actress Katy Louise Saunders has called in police after her apartment in Rome, Italy was burgled. The Lizzie McGuire Movie star returned to her home in the Italian capital over the weekend (08-09Mar14) to discover around $64,000 (£40,000)-worth of jewellery had been taken.
Police have launched an investigation and officers believe the burglary was carried out by an acrobatic gang of thieves who accessed the apartment by scaling the building via a water pipe and window gratings.
