Legendary comedian Richard Pryor’s grandson is facing charges of domestic violence following an alleged bust-up with his ex-girlfriend. Randise Pryor, the 23-year-old son of Richard Pryor, Jr. and his ex-wife Diane, stands accused of lashing out at Karly Mason, 19, during an incident on 27 February (14) in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
A police report was filed on 1 March (14) and Randise has since been charged with simple assault and harassment, according to legal documents obtained by editors at the National Enquirer.
He is due to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on 15 April (14).
The accused’s father is the late Stir Crazy star’s son with his first wife Patricia Price.
The funnyman died from a cardiac arrest in 2005.
