Every time another piece of the Chevy Chase Community controversy comes out, somewhere, a Community fan’s heart breaks. Luckily, Joel McHale is around to soothe our wounds with a little comedy.
The Community star stopped by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to discuss his kids, that little E! show he does (the gigglefest known as The Soup) and of course, to give us his take on the feud between Chevy Chase and Community showrunner Dan Harmon. And because McHale is so charming, we don’t give a flying Annie’s Boobs plush toy that he didn’t dish any dirt. We’ll take “Chevy can’t figure out voicemail” as an explanation from TV’s snarkiest hunk any day.
Community airs Thursdays at 8 PM (ET/PT) on NBC, whether or not we find more angry voicemails from Mr. Griswald.
