The Desperate Housewives star has been cast as Ann, the wife of Patrick Duffy’s character Bobby Ewing, on the revamped show, but the extensive press tour has left her with a sore throat.
During an interview on U.S. breakfast show Today on Monday (11Jun12), she explained, “You know we’ve been travelling around talking so much, I guess it’s just exhaustion.”
Despite the tiring tour, Strong insists she’s enjoyed working with the likes of Duffy and veteran actor Larry Hagman on the programme.

She said, “It’s so much fun, they’ve just rolled out the welcome mat. We have great scripts and it’s fun to shoot.”
Dallas returns to U.S. TV screens on Wednesday (13Jun12).
