Singer/songwriter Jane Carrey separated from Alex Santana in December (10), 11 months after the couple married in a secret ceremony.
The 24 year old has cited irreconcilable differences in papers filed on 20 October (11) in Los Angeles Superior Court.
She is seeking to share joint custody of their one-year-old son, Jackson, reports People.com.
