Pelé was an actor who made a successful career for himself in film. At the beginning of his acting career, Pelé landed roles in action flicks like "Victory" (1981) with Sylvester Stallone and "A Minor Miracle" (1983) with John Huston and Pelé. He appeared in a number of television specials, including "The American Film Institute Salute to John Huston" (1982-83) and "98th Tournament of Roses Parade" (1986-87). His film career continued throughout the eighties and the nineties in productions like "Hotshot" (1987) and "Solidao" (1989). In his more recent career, he continued to act in "Mike Bassett: England Manager" and "Pedro Mico." Pelé also acted in "Pele Eterno."
