BOYZONE star SHANE LYNCH is asking fans to fund his debut solo album via a crowdsourcing scheme.
The Irish pop star is hoping to hit the studio to record a new music project without his bandmates, and he is urging fans to hand over their cash to bankroll the sessions.
He has launched a money-raising scheme on Pledgemusic.com, offering devotees prizes such as signed memorabilia and meet-and-greets in return for donations.
Lynch had raised 28 per cent of his target as WENN went to press.
