Daughter Denies Stealing from Zsa Zsa Gabor to Court

Hollywood actress Zsa Zsa Gabor has taken her only daughter Francesca Hilton to
court claiming she stole $2 million from her.

Gabor, 88, and her ninth husband Frederic Prinz Von Anhalt accuse Hilton of
conspiring to take out a $3.75 million loan against Gabor‘s
Bel-Air, California home before then using $2 million from the
transaction to buy a new house.

Hilton denied her mother’s claims and told the court Gabor gave her the
property, which she has lived in since 1982, “free and clear” in 1998. Hilton, 47, also said Gabor asked her to organize the refinancing of her own $14 million home and that she has documentary evidence to
support this.

Judge Jaqueline Connor refused to freeze the assets on Hilton’s home due to a
lack of evidence she intends to sell it. She said, “Ultimately, what appears to be at issue is not the property, but
the money used to purchase the property.”

Hilton’s lawyer Ronald Richards told the court a portion of the loan money
had been invested on behalf of Gabor in New York and that she would be paid it
back.

Gabor and her spouse accuse Hilton of fraud, elder abuse and emotional
distress. Von Anhalt also claims Hilton gained access to her mother’s will
after manipulating her in March.

The veteran actress is reportedly suffering from poor mental health and has
been paralyzed since after being involved in a car accident three years ago.
