The late Playboy pin-up’s home in Studio City, Los Angeles was put on the market for $1.7 million (£1.06 million), but sold for $400,000 (£250,000) less than the asking price.
The five-bedroom property was where Smith shot The Anna Nicole Show from 2002-2003.
Smith passed away in 2007 after suffering an accidental overdose at the age of 39.
