Anna Nicole Smith in court … again? Go figure.
The former Playboy Playmate of the Year has been sued by a film producer who says Smith backed out of a film she was scheduled to star in back in 1996, The Associated Press reports.
Vince Offer filed the $4 million breach of contract suit in Superior Court in Los Angeles on Friday. Smith reportedly decided against appearing in “The Underground Comedy Movie,” saying it would be detrimental to her career.

Smith was recently awarded $449.7 million of her late husband’s estate.
