Actor Anthony Mackie has been arrested for drink driving in New York, according to a U.S. report. The 8 Mile star’s vehicle was pulled over by police at around 1.30am on Saturday (09Nov13) for having tinted windows.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ.com as officers approached the driver’s side of the car they noticed Mackie had bloodshot eyes and smelled of booze.
He reportedly then failed several field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
