Former Outkast star Big Boi’s wife has filed for divorce and requested sole custody of their 12-year-old child. Sherlita Patton filed the documents on Wednesday (02Oct13) stating the couple’s 11-year marriage is “irretrievably broken,” according to TMZ.com.
Big Boi, real name Antwan Andre Patton, and Sherlita were married in 2002 and have two children, aged 18 and 12.
Sherlita is also seeking child support, spousal support, a split of the marital assets and attorney’s fees.
