Bookies in Britain have touted Frances and John as the most likely names, with odds of 9/1, while Charles, Victoria and George are currently second favourites at 10/1, according to bookmakers William Hill.
However, fans hoping the baby will be named after Prince William’s late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, could be in for disappointment – the name is an outsider at 12/1.
