Cher headed to hospital on Monday (16Jun14) to receive treatment for a chronic foot injury. The Believe hitmaker, who is currently touring North America with her Dressed To Kill shows, has suffered foot problems for several years since breaking a bone during a work out, and she often endures painful flare-ups.
Cher was taken to hospital on Monday to receive a painkilling injection to help her through the tour, which heads to Canada later this week (beg16Jun14).
In a post on Twitter.com, she writes, “On way 2 hosp 2 get shot in toe joint (sic)… Oh bliss oh joy ! Had 1 about 6 months ago & it helped a lot ! Not much fun, but everything can’t be.”
She later added, “I’m here… Yuck.”
