Chloe Sevigny reprises Miu Miu role, 16 years later

The Boys Don’t Cry star was first hired to front Miu Miu’s Spring/Summer 1996 line when she was just 21 and the gig helped launch Sevigny’s career.

Now, after becoming a successful designer and landing two Golden Globe Award nominations, the actress has signed on to return to her roots by serving as the label’s new spokesperson for the Fall/Winter 2012 campaign.

The 37 year old isn’t the first celebrity to serve as the company’s muse – actresses Mia Wasikowska, Hailee Steinfeld and Evan Rachel Wood have also had the honour or representing Miu Miu.
