David Geffen has obtained a restraining order against a former college football player accused of stalking him. Jamie Kuntz, 20, is facing charges of stalking and harassment for allegedly contacting the music mogul between September (14) and November (14).
According to court documents obtained by TMZ.com, Geffen was granted a restraining order against Kuntz, who was arrested in October (14).
Kuntz will face a felony stalking charge in court in California on Wednesday (31Dec14). He has also been slapped with a misdemeanour charge for disobeying the restraining order.
His lawyer David Wohl claims the case is a big misunderstanding.
