Dead Actress’ Pal Attacks Phil Spector’s Legal Team Over Stalling

Late actress Lana Clarkson‘s former agent has lashed out at Phil Spector’s
legal team–for stalling the music producer’s upcoming murder trial.

After learning the trial, which was set to begin on Friday, is set
for another delay, Clarkson‘s ex-publicist Edward Lozzi has blasted attorney
Bruce Cutler for allegedly stalling proceedings.

Lozzi fears the trial will now not start until the beginning of next year –
but he’s convinced Spector will be found guilty of murdering his old
friend whenever the case hits court.

Lozzi states, “No amount of stalling, filing, maneuvering, or fabricating
will end the inevitable trial, conviction, and hopefully lifetime incarceration
of this unpredictable accused murderer, who, according to testimony, to the
Grand Jury has repeatedly victimized other women with loaded guns in their
faces.

“We wait patiently for a trial so these women can testify in front of a jury
for what they have endured from this gun-crazy troubled man, who, even now,
walks the streets in America without even one day of incarceration – even after
being charged with murder over a year ago.”
