Friends of die-hard sci-fi fan Ruby Rinesko asked the actor if he would present the groom-to-be with the engagement ring when he popped the question to his girlfriend Jennifer Haviland at Dragon*Con over Labor Day Weekend (01-03Sep12) – and Cain happily obliged.
The Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman star even agreed to act as narrator as Rinesko got down on bended knee.
The thrilled fan tells CNN.com, “My feelings were extreme joy, nervousness, and speechlessness. Both Jennifer and I can’t believe he would take the time to do this.”
