Diana Krall postpones album release and U.S. tour

Jazz star Diana Krall has postponed her new album and U.S. tour after falling ill with pneumonia. The singer has pushed back the release date of her new record Wallflower from October (14) to February (15) because of her bout of sickness.
She has also been forced to move the tour to next year (15) after medics told her it could take months for her to recover.
In a statement, Krall says, “I’m deeply saddened that I will have to postpone the release of my new album Wallflower and the Wallflower U.S Fall Tour until next year. I’ve been battling a severe case of pneumonia and am under doctor’s orders to rest for the next few months in order to regain my strength and good health.”
It isn’t the first time Krall has had to cancel due to illness – last year (13) she postponed a concert in New York due to an upper respiratory tract infection.
