The former The O.C. star bought the Brentwood home in 2007 for $3 million (£1.8 million) and put it up for sale on Tuesday (13Sep11) for $4.1 million (£2.5 million).
The house boasts six bedrooms, five baths, secret gardens, a pool and sweeping views of California.
