Justin Bieber’s Caught up in Latin Grammy Awards Mix Up

Justin Bieber has become the victim of a Latin Grammy Awards mix up – his trophy for Despacito was sent to producer Carlos Escalona Cruz by mistake.

The Baby hitmaker won the award for Best Urban Fusion/Performance in November (17), alongside Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee, but he did not attend the prizegiving and he never received the prize.

The award arrived at Cruz’s home on Monday (29Jan18), according to TMZ.

Cruz, who produces hits for Marc Anthony, has since contacted awards show bosses who have advised him to send the trophy back to them so they can get it to Bieber.
