Kylie Jenner applies for trademark on alcoholic products

Kylie Jenner is looking to expand her business empire by applying to trademark her name for alcoholic beverages.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is now of legal drinking age in the U.S. after celebrating her 21st birthday last August (18), and is planning to cash in on the milestone.
The mother-of-one has applied for the trademarks Kylie and Kylie Jenner – two names she’s already obtained the rights for for different goods.
Her new application lists products including spirits, liquor, wine, alcoholic cocktail mixes, prepared wine cocktails, and beers, as well as non-alcoholic cocktail bases, energy sports drinks, and smoothies.
According to TMZ, Kylie also plans to extend the branding to bars, restaurants, and cocktail lounges.
Kim Kardashian’s little sister has already enjoyed massive success with her Kylie Cosmetics brand, and last month (May19) filed an application to trademark Kylie Baby, so she can move into the infant market, too.
