Actor Larenz Tate has been hit with legal papers by bosses of a credit card company for allegedly failing to pay more than $50,000 (£31,250) in bills. The Menace II Society star is said to have spent more than $57,000 (£35,625) on his credit card and has allegedly not settled the bill or responded to any notices demanding payment.
According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ.com, bosses at American Express want Tate to pay the full $57,000.
