Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been sued by the driver of the semi-trailer truck she crashed into during an accident in Los Angeles, California last year (12). The actress was involved in a collision with an 18-wheeler vehicle on the Pacific Coast Highway last June (12), totalling her black Porsche.
And now truck driver James Johnson has hit Lohan with a lawsuit, claiming he was injured and suffered physical, mental and nervous pain, according to TMZ.com.
Johnson is suing Lohan for unspecified damages.
