Actress Maria Bello has been cast to star in a TV movie adaptation of Stephen King’s Big Driver. The film will be based on the horror author’s novella Full Dark, No Stars and will also star Olympia Dukakis, Joan Jett and Will Harris.
Big Driver will be directed by Mikael Salomon and will centre on a writer who seeks revenge on a serial killer who rapes her and leaves her for dead.
Production is set to begin in Halifax, Nova Scotia this summer (14) and the movie is slated to premiere in the autumn (14).
