Master P’s estranged wife denied emergency custody order

Master P’s estranged wife has reportedly been denied an emergency custody order after demanding the rapper return their three minor children to her care. The former couple has been embroiled in a nasty battle since Sonya Miller filed for divorce from the Make Em Say Uhh hitmaker in October (13) after 24 years of marriage.
Sonya accuses the 43 year old, real name Percy Miller, of failing to provide for their four minor children, forcing her to rely on welfare payments from the U.S. government.
They currently have no court order in place pertaining to custody or visitation, but Sonya asked a judge to award her temporary physical custody, according to TMZ.com.
However, the motion has been denied until a court hearing in July (14).
She alleges Percy picked up their 13-year-old son Hercy from school in February (14) and never returned him to her home.
Sonya claims he did the same thing with their nine-year-old son Mercy in March (14), while their 17-year-old daughter Tytyana went to live with her father around the same time.
Their 14-year-old daughter, Italy, still lives with Sonya and their other son, rapper/actor Romeo, is an adult.
