The Big Bang Theory star has cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split from Michael Stone.
The divorce papers were filed in Los Angeles last Wednesday (21Nov12) on the same the same day Bialik announced the separation on Jewish blog kveller.com, but the documents were only released by the court on Thursday (29Nov12).
The couple married in 2003 and has two minor sons, Miles, seven, and Fred, four. The actress is asking for joint legal and physical custody of her boys, according to TMZ.com.
