The Big Bang Theory star Mayim Bialik was bullied mercilessly as a teenager, because she was small, flat-chested – and famous.
The actress and author grew up as the star of hit U.S. show Blossom but admits her fame only made her a bigger target for teen tormentors.
“I was awkward looking and I was flat-chested, which was like considered the worst thing in the world… and those things impact you,” she tells Access Hollywood Live.
“I was very very short, I was a head shorter than the shortest child in all of my elementary school classes… Some people don’t care if they’re called short (but) for me, it was a painful experience.”
