Michael Jackson jury reaches a verdict

The jury in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial has reached a verdict. The end of the five-month-long case is expected to be announced at 3.30pm local time in Los Angeles.
The King of Pop’s mother and his three children are suing concert promoters AEG Live, claiming bosses acted negligently by hiring Dr. Conrad Murray, who is serving out an involuntary manslaughter prison sentence after a jury convicted him of administering the fatal dose of anaesthetic propofol that cost Jackson his life in 2009.
AEG Live executives insist Jackson hired Murray.
