Mister Cee resigns from radio station job amid sex allegations

Producer/DJ Mister Cee has resigned from a New York radio station amid allegations he tried to solicit sex from a male drag queen. Male blogger Bimbo Winehouse claims the DJ offered him $100 (GBP66) for a sex act and posted audio of the alleged deal online on Wednesday (11Sep13).
Hours after the recording first appeared, Mister Cee, real name Calvin LeBrun, announced he was stepping down form his job at Hot 97.
He said, “Today is my last day on Hot 97. In reality, I kind of knew this day would come.”
A statement from radio station bosses reads, “We feel that this is in the best interest of both HOT 97 and Cee’s personal well-being. While we do not endorse the alleged activities, he is clearly facing a personal dilemma that is for him and only him to comment on.”
In 2011, LeBrun, who has worked with rappers Notorious B.I.G. and Big Daddy Kane, was arrested after police officers allegedly caught him in a sexual act in New York with Lawrence Campbell.
Earlier this year, LeBrun was arrested for allegedly soliciting sex from an undercover cop posing as a prostitute in Brooklyn, New York. Reports indicated the officer was a male, but Lebrun claimed he was not gay and the cop was a woman.
