Music student wows Michael Buble at New York show

Michael Buble was pleasantly surprised at a recent concert in New York City after inviting a fan to show off their vocals – which blew him away.
The Canadian crooner has been offering up the microphone to random fans during a segment of his current tour, encouraging them to belt out their favourite tunes, but he had no idea what college student Erin Bellucci had in store for him when he gave her a moment in the spotlight at his Madison Square Garden show on Wednesday (20Feb19).
Video footage recorded by her sister features University of Delaware music major Erin showing off her talents with a cover of Etta James classic At Last, leaving her fellow audience members and Buble stunned.
“That was so beautiful,” the star told the 21 year old after her impromptu performance. “That may not be your last time here. That was incredible.”
Bellucci, who hails from Connecticut, happens to also be a singer with jazz and a cappella groups at her school, and couldn’t believe Buble had chosen her to sing for him at the concert.
“I was stammering, but then I heard the music,” she told We-Ha.com. “I’ve sung that song so many times, they had the piano ready to go, and I knew I had about 30 seconds to sell myself.”
