She also wants her children to remain living with her. According to The Associated Press, Kidman, 33, wants Cruise to pay family support to maintain their standards of living. Her filing also stated that her divorce from the actor after 10 years of marriage “came as a shock.” It also says that Cruise was the father of the baby she miscarried in March. Cruise‘s attorney, Dennis Wasser, said the actor would provide his family with half the community property. “The children are his life, and he will always provide for them and their security,” Wasser said in a statement.
