U.S. reality TV star Porsha Williams turned herself in to police in Georgia on Wednesday (16Apr14) after a warrant was issued for her arrest. The Real Housewives of Atlanta regular and her co-star Kenya Moore were allegedly involved in an on-set altercation last month (Mar14), leading Moore to file a police report.
On Wednesday, lawmakers issued a warrant for Williams’ arrest in connection to the complaint, and hours later, she appeared at the Atlanta Police Department and was charged with misdemeanour battery.
Williams posted the $2,000 (£1,188) bail bond and was released.
The alleged altercation occurred during the taping of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion show, which is set to air in America on Sunday (20Apr14).
