Sharon Stone to receive career tribute at Marrakech International Film Festival

Sharon Stone is set to add another award to her mantelpiece in the coming weeks when she is honoured at the Marrakech International Film Festival in Morocco. The Basic Instinct beauty will be feted with a career tribute at the week-long event, which will also feature a similar but separate celebration for fellow actress Juliette Binoche.
The accolade will be Stone’s third in as many months – she received the Stanley Kramer ‘Social Artist’ Award for her philanthropy efforts in September (13) at the Catalina Film Festival in California, and she was honoured with the Nobel Peace Summit Award from the Dalai Lama in Poland last month (Oct13), for her help in the fight against HIV and AIDS.
The Marrakech International Film Festival runs from 29 November until 7 December (13).
