The actress sued Cherry last April (10) over claims he slapped her in the face when she expressed an opinion about his script, and fired her after she complained to producers.
Last month (Dec10), Sheridan agreed to remove accusations of intentional infliction of emotional distress, as part of a deal to avoid undergoing a physical and psychological evaluation.
Now she’s dropped her charge of discrimination and harassment based on sex, age and sexual orientation, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com.

But Sheridan isn’t giving up her legal battle with Cherry – she’s pressing forward with claims of assault and battery and wrongful termination.
