Suspect pleads no contest to Steve Jobs burglary

Kariem McFarlin, 35, has been convicted of eight counts of residential burglary and one count of selling stolen property stemming from a spate of thefts across California, including a break-in at Jobs’ home in Palo Alto in July (12).

McFarlin took the late technology mogul’s wallet and driving licence, as well as numerous Apple products and jewellery.

He agreed a plea deal with prosecutors over the Jobs break-in, as well as other burglaries dating back to 2011.
