Roswell, the WB sci-fi series about alien teenagers on the run from the government, may join Buffy the Vampire Slayer at UPN, the New York Post reported Tuesday, citing the show’s executive producer, Kevin Brown. “I know that UPN has been seriously interested in Roswell for several weeks,” Brown said. Although Roswell has failed to attract sizable ratings, it has, however, developed a devout cult audience, which has taken to the Internet to mount a campaign supporting the return of the show. A petition to save it that was circulated on the Internet reportedly was signed by 30,000 fans.
