Airplane! actors Robert Hays and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar have reunited to star in a TV commercial written by the team behind the hit comedy film. Hays and Abdul-Jabbar appear together again in the new advert for Wisconsin’s tourism agency.
The commercial was penned by Airplane! co-directors and screenwriters Jerry and David Zucker and features a number of classic lines from the film.
The Zucker brothers were raised in the state, while Abdul-Jabbar played for basketball team the Milwaukee Bucks before he took up acting.
