Hollywood production manager Stanley Neufeld has died, aged 91. The industry veteran passed away on 26 December (14) in Eugene, Oregon.
Neufeld followed his producer father Sigmund Neufeld into showbusiness and spent six decades working on films and TV shows.
Among his credits include Oscar winning movies Amadeus, Platoon, Dances With Wolves, The Silence of the Lambs and The English Patient, and TV series Hawkeye and the Last of the Mohicans, Naked City, The Patty Duke Show and Cagney & Lacey.
Neufeld is survived by his wife Lesley, son Tom and brother Sig, a TV director who has worked on episodes of Kojak, Simon & Simon and T.J. Hooker, among other projects.
