Dina Eastwood defends Clint over separation reports

Clint Eastwood’s wife has spoken out to defend the actor/director following news of their separation. Dina Eastwood confirmed last week (29Aug13) she and the Dirty Harry star have split after 17 years of marriage, but she has taken to her Twitter.com page to post a message of support for her estranged husband.
She writes, “I don’t like reading negative things about Clint. He is a wonderful, good natured, brilliant person. No matter what, I attest to that.”
And the reality TV star is philosophical about her situation, adding, “Nothing is constant but change – I have heard this before and I truly, truly believe it. Life is a series of non-permanence.”
Dina and Clint married in 1996 and have one daughter together, 16-year-old Morgan, who appeared with her mother and half-sister Francesca in reality TV show, Mrs. Eastwood & Company, which aired in the U.S. last year (12).
