The Secret World of Alex Mack actress requested a protection order against Josh Hathaway at Los Angeles Superior Court on 31 January (13), alleging he had bombarded her mother with phone calls and left unwanted gifts outside her apartment.
She also claims Hathaway even changed his last name to Oleynik.
In the legal documents, the actress wrote, “I feel that I am being stalked. I am worried he is unstable and could snap at any moment.”

A judge has sided with the star and ordered Hathaway to stay at least 100 yards (91.4 metres) from Oleynik and her mother until January, 2016.
