Queen of Halloween, Heidi Klum, has been working on her costume since June (17).
The German model and TV presenter is famous for sporting extravagant outfits to her annual spooky celebration, and in past years she has dressed as a butterfly, an elderly woman, cartoon characters Jessica Rabbit and Betty Boop as well as the Hindu goddess Kali.
Heidi is holding her Halloween Party at Moxy Times Square in New York on Tuesday night (31Oct17), and while she hasn’t yet shared her costume idea, she is certain it won’t disappoint.
“I usually start in June. It’s not just me getting dressed easily – I have a lot of prosthetics done with these amazing people,” she said during an appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Monday night, adding that she expects it will take her six hours to get ready for her 2017 party.
While Heidi enjoys getting into the spirit of the occasion, she admits that she doesn’t look forward to the night ending as it can take up to two hours to remove the make-up and prosthetics.
Though the 44-year-old remained tight-lipped about her own costume concept, she revealed that her son Henry, 12, is wearing a monkey costume hidden inside a milk carton because he “couldn’t decide” between the two looks, and her eight-year-old daughter Lou will be dressed as a devil.
