All Game of Thrones fans know the fandom is out of control. You don’t just like Game Of Thrones, you live Game Of Thrones. You breathe Game Of Thrones. You spend 18 hours of your day creating a highly detailed Game Of Thrones sculpture that’s only going to rot in less than a week. At least, that’s what this Italian artist did.
Valeriano Fatica is a sculptor (and Game Of Thrones fan) whose ultimate canvas is fruit. He recently transformed a boring old watermelon into the Night King, the creepy leader of the White Walkers. The sculpture is so incredibly detailed, it’s hard to believe it was ever a watermelon to begin with!
The sculpture took Fatica 18 hours, and when you see the detail of it, it’s kind of shocking that didn’t take longer.
