A representative for The Bachelor‘s Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi confirmed this morning the two have broken up and have chosen to end their engagement. Break me off a piece of that SHOCK AND AWE!
No reason was given by the representative, however TMZ heard Vienna’s infidelity was why the lovebirds decided to occupy different ice caps. Apparently, Jake believed Vienna was cheating on him with some guy (Gregory Michael) from the show “Greek,” but Vienna tweeted today “the accusations against [her] are completely fabricated. 100% false.” TMZ also spoke with Vienna’s stepmom Lisa, who doubted Jake ever loved Vienna and thought he picked her on the show because Vienna “is a dramatic person and it was good for the ratings.” She continued with: “In real life, they never kissed, didn’t have a romantic relationship and he never told her that he loved her.”
This means: of the fourteen seasons of The Bachelor, only one couple got married and is still together: Jason Mesnick and Molly Malany of the thirteenth season. One out of fourteen men has found real love on these types of shows! There are probably more identical twin three-headed pigeons in New York than that! People, lend me your ears: if you’re looking for love, lift your nose up out of your paper while your standing in the elevator. Admit one of your humorous weaknesses to the woman next to you and I promise she’ll fall in love with you much quicker than she would riding a hungry Icelandic pony through the countryside.
