Scrubs airs Thursday at 9/8c on NBC
The staff at Sacred Heart returns tonight for a sixth season and the nerdish J.D. is still floored from the news that he is going to be a father. Elsewhere, Turk and Carla prepare for the arrival of their little one, while Elliot wonders why she’s the only one in the hospital not having a baby.
Confusion surrounded the cult-hit comedy towards the end of last season with nobody, cast included, fully aware of whether or not they’d be back on the network for more. However, with a recent syndication deal (Scrubs’ repeats now air on Comedy Central) and a revamped must-see Thursday lineup to nestle into, the future may look brighter than ever for the medical laugh-fest.
