An Aaron Sorkin-penned Steve Jobs biopic, once the subject of rampant internet rumor, could very well soon be a reality. The celebrity screenwriter, whose recent credits include Moneyball and The Social Network, told E! Online yesterday that Sony, studio producing the film, has offered him the gig, and that he is “strongly considering” it. Sorkin was friends with Jobs, who passed away in October at the age of 56, and was even recruited by the seminal tech magnate to write a script for Pixar, the CG-animation studio Jobs acquired in 1986.
