Jessica Biel has enlisted the services of her fiancee Justin Timberlake for her upcoming drama The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, according to a report from the Cannes Film Festival.
Timberlake will compose the film’s music and serve as the supervisor of its soundtrack, marking his first musical endeavor (not counting guest appearances on others’ songs) since his 2006 album FutureSex/LoveSounds.
Biel — with whom Timberlake is set to tie the knot this summer — will star in and produce the film, about a widower and his imaginary young friend; Chloe Grace Moretz and Jeffrey Dean Morgan are also lined up for Deep Blue Sea, which is scheduled to begin shooting later this year.
