Four years after the release of his iconic album, Channel Orange, Frank Ocean has finally released his follow up album…but it might not be what you expected. Fans were devastated when August 5th came and went, and Frank Ocean’s sophomore album, rumored to be titled Boys Don’t Cry was no where to be found. Many fans has seemingly given up hope, clinging on to a rumored November release date instead. However, just as we let out guards down, the R&B artist unexpectedly droped a visual album entitled Endless last night.

Ocean’s producer, Malay took to Reddit to thank fans for their love, support and patience saying,
“First of all we all massively appreciate and love you guys, Frank has told me this himself many times. To be fair tho, art cannot be rushed. It’s about making sure the perfect aesthetic for the situation has been reached, to do that, takes constant tweaking, trial and error.. That goes for any creative situation.” Endless isn’t the only good news that Ocean has for fans. According to Pitchfork, an Apple rep has said, “keep an eye out this weekend for more from Frank.” This mean that we might still get Boys Don’t Cry this weekend as well!!
