When we last left Gossip Girl (who, if she’s true to her title, was hopefully calling an ambulance for Chuck in an attempt to try and save his life after two muggers shot him), Jenny was headed back to Hudson after she slept with Chuck. We also saw Blair and Chuck part ways, Dan learn that he impregnated Georgina, and Blair head off to Paris with Serena. I know what you’re thinking: is this show inspired by MY high school?!?!
In any case, it’s been a long while (and lots of sleepless nights) since we last saw everyone, but that’s about to change because the 4th season of Gossip Girl premieres on September 13th on the CW, at a very appreciated 9PM. From the looks of these photos, everything seems to be in order: the clothes look fantastic, Blair looks like her trip to Paris has brought her no closer to getting over Chuck, and Serena continues to have no responsibilities at all. But that’s why this show is the greatest show of all time! (At least by Hannah Jones Lawrence’s standards) And I wholeheartedly invite you to participate in the ceremonial obsession over photos from the first episode of Gossip Girl’s 4th season.
