The music community’s top video picks have been announced for the MTV Video Music Awards, and the names of the musicians nominated repeat on the list almost as much as The Real World reruns: Missy ‘Misdemeanor’ Elliott received eight nods; Justin Timberlake received seven; Johnny Cash got six; and Jennifer Lopez, Radiohead, Queens of the Stone Age, White Stripes, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce Knowles and 50 Cent each got four.
